Hi, I’m Stef.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with adults, couples, families, and groups.

My path toward this work began in my early twenties after my father died from cancer, leading me to enter therapy for the first time. Before becoming a therapist, I received a business bachelor’s degree in New York and worked in startups across events, marketing, creative agencies, and wellness before eventually becoming an entrepreneur myself through the venture capital and accelerator world.

As a third culture kid who has lived in multiple countries throughout adulthood, I bring a cross-cultural and globally informed perspective to my work and an appreciation for the complexity of identity, relationships, and belonging.

Through a series of synchronistic experiences, I ultimately returned to school to pursue my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I work from a depth psychological and psychodynamic lens, exploring the unconscious patterns, relational dynamics, and emotional histories that shape our lives. Much of human behavior occurs outside of conscious awareness, and through developing insight into these underlying forces, we can create greater clarity, freedom, and agency in how we live and relate to others.

I also integrate training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, somatics, and Brainspotting into my work.

My goal is to accompany clients on the path of individuation: developing a deeper understanding of themselves, connecting with their authentic identity, and cultivating the inner clarity and wisdom needed to move through life with greater confidence and meaning.

I welcome you to reach out for a complimentary 20-minute online consultation so we can determine whether we are a good fit to work together.
